During high-volume periods such as drops, sales, or holidays, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another when it ships.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

International Shipping
Standard International: 7–21 business days
Express International: 3–7 business days
Customs or import fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier marks them as delivered.
